Abstract
Higher education system is an area that requires continuous renewal in order to prepare highly qualified and practically skilled specialists who will be able to successfully solve the tasks in this field at the current stage of development of the country. Therefore, we think that the program presented by V. Tkeshelashvili and E. Nikoleishvili is very timely.
